Childcare Reimbursement

We understand that childcare can be a challenge for many of our parents who desire to take part in Immanuel events such as Neighborhood Groups, classes, Discipleship Bands, etc. Because we are committed to removing as many obstacles as possible, the church supplements Immanuel event childcare at $15.00 per hour for one child and $20.00 per hour for two or more children in a family.

Families are responsible for securing their own childcare and then filling out the form below to receive a check in the mail. You can fill out this form each time, after you use childcare to receive an individual check for each occurrence, or you can wait until the end of the month/semester/sessions/etc. to combine multiple nights for which you received childcare.

We recommend SitterTree as a good alternative if you are looking to secure childcare from a place where you can specify that workers have completed the MinistrySafe training that Immanuel’s childcare volunteers and staff also have to complete.
